四川石化乙烯裝置開工率100%

9月26日,四川石化80萬噸/年乙烯裝置順利完成滿負荷標(biāo)定工作。標(biāo)定數(shù)據(jù)顯示,在原料指標(biāo)低于設(shè)計值的情況下,裝置各項工藝參數(shù)和指標(biāo)完全滿足設(shè)計要求,雙烯收率好于設(shè)計值,綜合能耗僅為539千克標(biāo)油/噸,達到國內(nèi)先進水平。
截至11月3日,乙烯裝置開工率達100%,平穩(wěn)運轉(zhuǎn)超過200天,創(chuàng)出了國內(nèi)同類裝置開車的先進水平,未發(fā)生一起泄漏、著火、設(shè)備和人身傷害事故,未發(fā)生一起意外非計劃停車事故,實現(xiàn)了從安全、環(huán)保、綠色一次開車成功到“安、穩(wěn)、長”運轉(zhuǎn)的華麗轉(zhuǎn)身。
2月27日,四川石化80萬噸/年乙烯裝置投料,僅用7天時間生產(chǎn)出合格的乙烯產(chǎn)品,尤其是配套的碳四加氫裝置一次開車成功,在國內(nèi)尚屬首次,不但解決了含碳四的物料平衡問題,更優(yōu)化了裂解原料配置。
作為煉油和化工生產(chǎn)承上啟下的核心樞紐,乙烯裝置增設(shè)了數(shù)十條物料平衡臨時管線,上游原料裝置檢修期間,乙烯裝置負荷從80%降低至50%以下,最大限度為裝置檢修擠出時間;下游裝置需要調(diào)試安裝設(shè)備,乙烯裝置調(diào)節(jié)氣相乙烯的外送,為下游裝置開停創(chuàng)造條件,即使在外部蒸汽供應(yīng)出現(xiàn)故障的情況下,也能迅速做出調(diào)整,組織全局平衡,使裝置運行迅速恢復(fù)平穩(wěn)。
乙烯裝置通過不斷調(diào)節(jié)自身負荷與操作,在各種生產(chǎn)條件間輾轉(zhuǎn)騰挪:在負荷波動時,充分發(fā)揮中間罐區(qū)的儲存優(yōu)勢,最大限度減少火炬排放;平穩(wěn)時,調(diào)整相態(tài),降低裝置能耗,承擔(dān)好“銜接”重任。
